3/4 cup cheerios (110) + 1/2 cup milk (45) + apple (80) + banana (120) + another apple (80) + 11 candy corns (70) + gummy vitamins (20) = 525 cals. 25 over my calorie goal for the day, but whatevz. I’m plateauing right now at 110 and it sucks.
