Just gonna do it all in one go since obviously I fail at keeping up with this shit
Day 05 - Your workout routine.
Whatever I really feel like doing that day, I like to mix it up. I walk, I used to be able to run but I never have the stamina anymore. Crunches, planks, some yoga poses, leg lifts, jumping jacks, different things I can do on my living room floor, etc.
Day 06 - Your thinspiration figures. Zooey Deschanel (everyone says we look alike in the face/hair/style aspects, it’s just a matter of being tiny like her!), Shanae Grimes, plenty of others. That redheaded chick on Dancing with the Stars. Audrina Patridge.
Day 07 - Your favorite book/song/movie that inspires you.
I like Harry Potter and Meg & Dia, now go away.
Day 08 - What parts of your body do you hate the most?
My thighs, definitely, they touch. My belly looks pregnant and I have love handles. My arms are too tubby.
Day 09 - What parts of your body do you like the most?
My collarbones and shoulder blades are nice. I’d like them to be more prominent though. And I think my wrists are cute.
Day 10 - When would you have liked to achieve your goal by?
End of November.
Day 11 - Is there anyone in particular that made you feel you had to lose weight? Who & how did they make you feel this way?
Sure, plenty of people, I suppose. When I was younger, it was my mom. This past year, it was my ex-boyfriend, he was the reason I lost 20 pounds in the first place. My new crush, he likes bones and his flickr favorites are all pictures of really thin girls and his ex weighed legit like 80 pounds.
But honestly I can’t really blame these people. They aren’t the reason the idea is in my head, they just motivated me and gave me an excuse.
Day 12 - What sites do you visit to help you with your weight-loss/emotions/self-esteem?
Day 13 - What do you think you could improve to help you reach your goal quicker?
I could definitely stop binging on random days, that’d be awesome.
Day 14 - What are the things that hold you back from achieving your goal the most?
Chocolate, and my best friend. Haha.
Day 15 - Are people generally supportive with your aim to lose weight? Why or why not?
No, because I’m already *technically* on the smaller side of healthy on the weight spectrum.
You deserve it. You know you do. You deserve thin toned little thighs. You deserve a flat tummy, you deserve slinky arms and sticking out collar bones and hip bones. You deserve to sit on peoples laps without having to take the weight in your legs. you deserve to feel small and warm in peoples hugs because they're all bigger than you. you deserve to wear teeny little shorts and sexy little tops. you deserve it. so work hard, eat little, and have everything you deserve
Day 03 - Why do you want to lose weight? What benefits do you think it will have?
Throughout my life I’ve never, ever been the skinny pretty one in a group. I’ve always been the chubby awkward girl. I’ve learned to improve everything about my appearance, my weight is just the one thing left to fix. One of my good friends is my height and weighs 103 pounds, and everyone thinks she is the most beautiful girl in the entire world. Boys drool all over her, all the time. And she doesn’t even realize it most of the time. It’s not fair. Plus there’s just the aspect of having the control. Everything in my life could be spiraling out of grip, but at least I know that the numbers on the scale will keep going down.
Day 04 - Your skinny outfit (What do you want to look good in?)
I would love to be able to wear short shorts without my thighs touching, and big baggy tops without looking huge. Or tank tops without being self conscious about my arms. And bathing suits. I don’t want to dread going swimming anymore.

And yes, I need to go get new shorts, because none of mine fit me anymore. But it just seems foolish to go buy shorts now, in October, when it’s going to be cold soon. Haha (: But I live in Florida, so I guess it’s okay.
